Participation Terms Registration for the Course must be done via the registration form available on the Course website by correctly filling out all required fields of the form and sending it electronically to the Organizer. Payment for the Course in the amount specified by the Organizer must be made to the bank account: Bank Millennium SA 15 1160 2202 0000 0004 8956 5063 (with the note: course date, participant's name) or via the electronic payment methods provided by the Organizer.

Cancellation Policy A participant may cancel their participation in the Course before it begins. The cancellation should be sent by email to: edukacja@csmiwum.pl or in paper form to the Organizer’s address. In the case of a cancellation, as mentioned in point 3.1: a) If the Organizer receives the cancellation notice more than 30 days before the start of the Course, the Organizer will refund the participant the paid amount, keeping a 5% cancellation fee of the total fee. b) If the Organizer receives the cancellation notice 30 days or fewer but more than 14 days before the start of the Course, the Organizer has the right to retain 30% of the total fee. c) If the Organizer receives the cancellation notice 14 days or fewer before the start of the Course, or if the participant fails to notify the Organizer of the cancellation, the Organizer has the right to retain the entire payment.
